● • You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the agreed start date without charge.● • Cancellations within 48 hours may result in the loss of your deposit to cover scheduling and preparation costs.● • If we must cancel or reschedule (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will inform you as soon as possible and agree a new date or full refund of any deposit.
